We hear you. Finding the right job for you has become very difficult. Technology has brought solutions but also challenges. Your searches produce job listings, but many are not what you asked for. They are incomplete matches, duplicates that you have already seen, or jobs you already applied to weeks ago (and never heard back). And how do you track all these applications on multiple sites?
We can, and must, do better. The search results need to be more precise, and the system needs to be designed to save you time and effort. Applying is hard enough. The process should not get in the way. To be fair, employers don't have it easy either. The same system produces too many mismatched applicants; the numbers are more than humans can sort through. So progress is painfully slow. That's why you keep seeing the same openings. You could be perfect for the position… but they haven't seen your application.
Our aim is to make technology work for you, the job seeker. We'll start with the obvious stuff. We’ll remove the extra work that you should not be doing. We’ll get you to see the jobs that really match what you are looking for and assist you along the way. But we won't stop there. If we’re really going to make an impact, we need to dig deeper and enhance the opportunities for job seekers and employers to connect. We need to foster and create opportunities for people to contribute. It's a big world, and with companies working 100% remotely, the opportunities will continue to grow. You shouldn't be limited by where you live.
